Returns and Exchanges
Returns can be made online or at one of our local showrooms with proof of purchase. To find a location near you click here. Pending inspection, a refund or credit will be issued to you for the value of the item including taxes. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you are returning merchandise, please call us at 866-892-0200 for shipping instructions.
Occasionally there may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.

Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase simply follow the instructions below.
