Frequently Asked Questions
What does the average garage project cost?
There is no true average project as homeowner needs vary widely. Many Complete Garage customers start with a few hooks and accessories or overhead storage. Other customers work with a Garage Specialist and have us install the entire project at one time.
Do I have to buy a "whole" garage project?
No, while many of our customers have us design and install a "complete garage", a greater number plan their projects in phases. Our professional installation crews can install one product or a Complete Garage for you.
Can I install your products myself?
Absolutely! Nearly all of our products are available for the homeowner to install themselves. If you can run a cordless drill and a level, and find studs in the wall, you're qualified. Our Garage Specialists will assist you in your developing your design and helping you select the products that will best suit your needs and style.
Does the Complete Garage charge for estimates?
No, we do not charge for estimates. We do suggest that you visit one of our locations to meet with a Garage Specialist to review the scope of your proposed project and get a feel for the wide variety of options we offer, before our Garage Specialist visits you in your garage. If you are not located near one of our locations, please call (866)892-0200 and one of our Garage Specialists will be glad to assist you over the telephone and help you design your garage and order the products.
How do I purchase from The Complete Garage?
You can visit one of our showrooms; order from our catalog or from our website.
What does a Complete Garage franchise cost?
Each store represents approximately a $250,000 investment by each franchisee. Large metropolitan areas require an Area Development Agreement for multiple locations. Net worth requirements are dependent on the number of stores in an agreement, but we generally require at least $500,000 in liquid net worth per store.
